# Roadmap

Pumpad’s roadmap spans four stages, with each phase building on core infrastructure, ecosystem activation, and external interoperability.

#### 🚀 Phase 1: Infrastructure Buildout (Q1 2025)

* Design AI model and Telegram plugin architecture
* Develop PUAI usage billing and token metering logic
* Launch internal pilots with early partners
* Open whitelist for tool access and feedback loop

#### ⚙️ Phase 2: Public Launch (Q2 2025)

* PUAI token deployed on BRC20 or Bitcoin-compatible Layer2
* Launch first AI modules: tweet generator, trend analysis, task bot
* Enable on-chain billing + auto-burn engine
* Begin public beta and community incentives program

* Plugin Store launches with custom upload support
* Advanced modules: KOL mapping, contract security alerts
* Telegram multi-group sync + multilingual features
* Launch marketplace for Bitcoin-native project growth

#### 🌍 Phase 4: Cross-Chain Expansion (Q4 2025)

* Ethereum, Arbitrum plugin support
* Runes and RGB integration for Bitcoin-native extensions
* Publish full Plugin SDK and runtime API suite
