* Core team leads product design and delivery in early stages
* Community can participate via feature suggestions, bug testing, and feedback
* Contributors will be rewarded in PUAI and get early access to developer features

#### 🛠 Phase 2: Developer-Led Plugin Ecosystem

Pumpad will gradually open the **Plugin SDK** and public **API documentation**, enabling an ecosystem of developer co-creation:

* Every plugin consumes PUAI; developers earn a percentage of usage
* Top-tier plugins can be promoted in the official Plugin Store
* All uploads go through security and UX review for platform integrity

#### 🧠 Phase 3: DAO Governance Introduction

As adoption matures, Pumpad will introduce DAO-based governance:

* Structured proposal + vote + execution flow
* DAO can vote on tool expansion, reserve usage, and ecosystem direction
* Governance weight based on PUAI holdings + reputation points (activity-based)
